Marcelito Pomoy is the Champion of All Champions

There is only one Asian who won Americas Got Talent and that is Kenicha Ebina, the Japanese Dance-ish performer from Japan, but there is only one Dhampion of all Champions and that is no other than Filipino singer Marcelito Pomoy.

Pomoy has been breaking the Internet with viral videos on both of his performances.

On Wednesday, Pomoy was selected as the grand champion winning $1 million and a gig in Las Vegas together with a recording deal with Sony Music, the mother company of Simon Cowell’s Syco Music.

Pomoy bested more than 20 champions from different countries with his powerful rendition of Andrea Bocelli’s “Time To Say Goodbye”.

Pomoy earlier skipped the semi-finals after superfans voted him for the finals and the singer did not fail the superfans.

After his performance, Cowell noted that Pomoy could be the most successful singer to come out of the Philippines.

“You have a massive career in front of you”, Simon Cowell noted after Marcelito’s performance.

The actual contest was held on Sunday but it wasn’t shown live. The program only replayed on Monday which followed by the awarding later.

Norway’s Angelina Jordan came as runner-up.
