Trillanes: Duterte Supporters Need Stupidity Vaccine Before Elections
Senator Antonio Trillanes IV on Saturday hit supporters of President Rodrigo Duterte anew by calling them “stupid and ignorant”.
Duting an interview with Radyo Singko, the former navy officer said there should be a stupidity vaccine given to voters before the 2019 senatorial elections so people could vote sensibly.
“Siguro i-request natin ang Sanofi Pasteur na magdevelop din the stupidity vaccine para sa mga supporters ni Duterte, at lalo na don sa mga first time na boboto. Mahirap kasi, baka bomoto na naman ng corrupt at kriminal ang mga tao, mahirap na”, the senator said.
He added that Duterte supporters, aside from being paid in order to attack Duterte critics like him, most are stupid.
“Tingnan natin ang mga pinopost sa social media ano. Karamihan dito mga OFW na walang access sa Internet maliban sa free data ng Facebook kaya kulang lagi ang impormasyon na nakakarating sa kanila. Makita lang ang title ng news naniwala na agad. Siguro ipatawag din natin ang Smart at Globe as i-request na itigil na nila yang free data dahil nag cocontribute yan sa pag kalat ng fake news”, he addad.
Trillanes also maintained that he will do everything in his power to uncover Duterte’s hidden wealth, and his family, especially those owned by Davao City Mayor Sarah Duterte-Carpio.
