Kerwin Espinosa: Wala Akong Alam sa Negosyo ni De Lima at Jaybee Sebastian
The son of late Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Esopinosa reiterated that he has no idea about the business of Senator Leila De Lima and convicted drug lord Jaybee Sebastian.
Kerwin Espinosa talked to reporters on Monday after he and Peter Lim were acquitted by the Department of Justice due to lack of evidence.
“Hindi kop o masasagot ang mga tanong ninyo tungkol kay Senator De Lima dahil wala po akong kimalaman kung ano man ang mga ginagawa nila ni Jaybee (Sebastian),” Espinosa said.
De Lima was accused by the DOJ over the billion-peso illegal drug industry inside the New Bilibid Prison, and has been detained for over a year now.
Espinosa said he cannot talk about other people’s business when he is not connected to them.
“Sa ngayon po ay Masaya tayo na napawalang-sala tayo. Time to go home and take some rest”, Espinosa said.
