Kapa Ministry Founder’s Florida House on Sale for P19.1M

The house of Kapa Community Ministry Intl. founder Joel Apolinario in Pensacola, Florida has been posted online for sale at the bargain price of $369,900.

According to the property website Zillow.com, the house was purchased for $410,896 last March 2018 and was renovated for $27,890.

It was reported earlier that Apolinario owns several properties outside the country especially in the USA but this is the first time that authorities and other online sources revealed the information after his assets were frozen by the Philippine government.

The house, with the complete address at 1473 Otoes Pl, Saint Johns, FL 32259, is located in an affluent rural neighbourhood and serves as a summer vacation house for Apolinario and his family.

The ad says:

The sale of the house is managed by Zillow and is currently in auction.

The Philippine government already filed a petition to the US to hold all assets related to Kapa Ministry International and its founder Joel Apolinario.

Apolinario is believed to have more than $600,000 cash in his US accounts and another property in Longbeach, California which was bought last winter.
