Shocking! Lists of Kapa Properties and Businesses Frozen by the Court
The Quezon City Regional Trial Court on Wednesday releases a freeze order against Kapa-owned real estates and properties all over the Philippines.
Authorities have collected a list of 47 real estate properties of which 23 are office buildings, 3 poultry farms, 15 residential estates, and 2 factory buildings, 1 golf course, 6 commercial buildings, 23 hectares of fishpond, and 567 hectares of agricultural land.
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) also submitted 57 vehicle registration numbers under KAPA name and 13 under Joel Apolinario and his family.
