Considered by Oprah as the “Most Talented Girl”, Pempengo gained worldwide popularity in early 2010’s, belting high-note songs of other famous singers including Whitney Huston, Mariah Carey, and Celine Dione, whom she had a duet performance with.

The singer however disappeared without a trace and details on her whereabouts are still unclear until now after a new singer named Jake Zyrus who is claiming to be her emerged.

Voters said that Charice will be missed forever and that there will be no other Charice in the future. Others also commented how disappointed they are after Jake Zyrus claimed the singer’s identity.
On the other hand, late American singer Christina Grimmie also gain utmost praise for the short time she made people happy.

On June 10, 2016, Grimmie was shot by 27-year-old Kevin James Loibl while she signed autographs following her performance with Before You Exit at The Plaza Live in Orlando.

Loibl was tackled by Grimmie's brother, but the gunman broke free, backed against a wall, and shot himself dead. Grimmie was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition with three gunshot wounds;[c] she was pronounced dead just before 11 p.m. local time.
