On Tuesday, the local DSWD workers and other volunteers reported that unidentified group of people and non-Batangas residents mixed themselves to the struggling victims inside Sto Tomas and Tanauan evacuations centers just to get free food.

May isang grupo po na sabi nila galing sila ng volcano island pero nong tanungin ang kapitan ng San Luuis di po kilala.", Mercedes Babsay, a local volunter who is taking care of the registration told the media on Tuesday.

It was later confirmed that a group of Kadamay from Caloocan and Bulacan has infiltrated the area in order to get free food for days, Tanauan Police said.

members of military and police have reportedly told the group to leave because "they have no business here".

Diosdado Carpio told the media during a press conference yesterday.

Carpio said the police and military have already told the group to go away but some are insisting that they are also victims.
